After completing the passport control procedures at Istanbul airport and receiving your luggage, go out through exit 14. Our meeting and greeting team will be waiting for you with F21 written signboard. Just tell the staff your name and they will accompany you to your vehicle. If for any reason you cannot find the F21 board, please do not leave your location and call our Operations Director at +90 (552) 439 87 13.

Our meeting and greeting team will be waiting for you at the Column 9 with F21 written signboard. Just tell the staff your name and they will accompany you to your vehicle. Your vehicle will be ready at your hotel or address 10 minutes before your reservation time. When your driver arrives at the address, he will call you and inform you that he is at the address, and when you are ready, he will pick you up and make your transfer. If you cannot find your vehicle for any reason, you can call +90 552 439 87 13.
Yes. We provide door-to-door private transfer service. That's why we will transfer you to the door of your hotel or accommodation address. Please note that this may not be possible in some cases, such as road closures. In this case, you will be downloaded and picked up from the nearest accessible point.
Our operations department monitors your flight instantly. In case of early landing or delay, your vehicle will be ready according to the time your plane will land. If you are informed by your airline that your flight has been cancelled, you can call +90 552 439 87 13 to inform our Operations department and re-organize your transfer when you buy a new ticket.

If you miss your flight, please call +90 552 439 87 13 and inform us. In this case, if you made the payment by credit card, you can secure that service for use at another date or request a full refund.
You can cancel your reservation up to 4 hours before the transfer time by sending an e-mail to info@ozeltransferal.com or by calling +90 552 439 87 13. If payment is made in advance via PayPal or Credit card, your payment will be refunded without penalty. If the cancellation is made less than 4 hours before your transfer time, unfortunately, the refund will not be possible.
You can transfer money to our bank accounts, pay by credit card or pay your driver in cash at the end of your trip in Turkish Lira, Euro, Dollar or Pound.
We have full public liability insurance. However, we recommend that you have a valid insurance policy for the duration of your trip.
